The clocks are stopped, time didn't change everything in the workshop of clogmaker Sam Mondelaers.
But Sam didn't stop, the nearly ninety year old Sam is now making wooden shoes more than seventy years.
His father started the wooden shoe workshop, and in the glory time Sam and his father were famous in the wooden shoe market in the Belgium Kempen.
Over more than 35 people were employed by them.
But the market for wooden shoes broke down,
Sam couldn't stop, clogmaker was his way of life.
The workshop still exist, also the skills of Sam.
As long Sam wil live, he will make wooden shoes, as long Sam makes wooden shoes, he will live.
